Cell Growth Media for E.coli and Yeast (Powder)

Cell growth media for E.Coli and Yeast (powder) series is lyophilized from the Cell Growth Media for E.coli and Yeast (Solution). Same as cell growth media solutions, these products containing isotopically labeled bacterial hydrolysate with primarily amino acids and oligopeptides but very few carbohydrates, which can promote high cell growth rates and protein expression yields, including in deuterated conditions. This series of products can be used independently or as an addition to M9 fermentations, offering great flexibility in experiments for expressing stable isotope labeled proteins. Compared to cell growth media solutions, they are more flexible and has a longer shelf life.
