Introduction
At present, the world economy is still in the stage of rapid development, and people's living standard has also been significantly improved. However, behind this, the environment we rely on for survival is facing more serious challenges. Environmental pollution has caused serious harm to animals, plants and people, and has become one of the most concerned problems. Currently, stable isotope technique based on stable isotope-labeled compounds has been widely used in the environmental field due to its high precision and accuracy of detection results and the stable structure of stable isotope internal standard in the process of migration and reaction. Applications
At present, in environmental analysis, stable isotope technology is mainly used in the two aspects of pollutant detection and pollutant tracing.
Pollutant detection: The detection of pollutants in the environment is based on isotope dilution mass spectrometry with stable isotope-labeled compound as internal standard. It can be used to detection of a variety of organic pollutants in the soil, water (drinking water, surface water, waste water, domestic water, industrial water, ocean and rivers, etc.), air and solid waste. Pollutant tracing: Stable isotope technology based on isotope-labeled compound as tracer can be used to study the migration and transformation of pollutants in the environment, the treatment mechanism of pollutants and bioremediation. For example, Pb isotopes can be used as tracers to study the migration of Pb in waste components during waste incineration. 13C-labeled phenol can be used as a substrate to identify the main phenol-degrading bacteria in aerobic bioreactor during bioremediation.
